Update InWall 75 Gallon W/Pics.
I started converting my in 75 Gallon African Cichlid aquarium to a reef tank 2 months ago. I started by purchasing a 100gpd RO/DI unit from Aquasafe Canada. Next, I purchased 2 32 gallon Rubbermaid Brute Trash cans, one for RO water, the other for Salt water. Next I purchased several pumps, a 20 gallon Sump, and a Sealife Systems skimmer rated for 150 gallons. (My LFS uses this skimmer on their display tank)
On August 1st, I added 100 lbs of Southdown Play Sand and Salt water. On 1 Sept, I added 50 lbs of live rock from an established F/O aquarium along with 10 lbs of live sand.
1 Oct, I added 42 lbs of cured fiji live rock from Premium Aquatics. (I cured the live rock a few weeks in a rubbermaid container for 2 weeks prior to adding it to the display tank) I wish I did not, I had a few freebie corals die off.
16 Oct I added a small clean up crew consisting of a few snails, and a few scarlet hermit crabs.

Excellent Work!!! I love to see home-spun ingenuity and resourcefulness put into action . I think you're going to have a beautiful tank.
With your return and overflow piping, you may want to find a way to attach the piping to the walls or something solid.
Water running though pipes will exert a force on the piping it flows though, whenever the water has to change direction (like at elbows and tees), or when water flow decreases or increases, inside of the piping. Over time, this movement may weaken the joints connecting the piping and fittings.
Also, though you've probably taken account for this, make sure you have a siphon break in the return piping. If there is no siphon break, the tank will drain back to the level of the nozzles in the tank.
Keep us posted!

I was looking into adding a Check valve Between the SCWD and the Mag 9 Return pump. I am also thinking about re-doing the plumbing with Spa Hose to try to eliminate all of the 90 degree turns.
Anyone know where to purchase about 20' or so of spa hose?
Thanks for the imput guys, I'm open for suggestions.

How do you like your SCWD? I have one and I am currently debating if I should order one for my 180 as well. I have not installed it on my 55 as my sump was around 1/2-3/4 inch too wide for the stand I have So I am waiting to either build or buy a sump as cash allows.

Nice job!
I like all of the room you've got to work on the tank and for the sump.

Actually, spa flex is flexible PVC, also available at HD, although they charge an arm and a leg for it. You can also get it from Savko: http://www.savko.com/partlist.asp?pgid=4&ptid=19&pid=36
Just make sure you use the correct PVC cleaner and cement...
