Tubing for Dosing Kits?

Hi,

Does anyone know the proper size, material, and most importantly, where to get replacement tubing for dosing pump kits?

I have a couple Kangaroo model pumps, but for some reason, the rubber tubing wears out after a few weeks. Unsure if there is some abrasive material on the rollers or just a bad set of kits.

Instead of spending $3/kit, I'd prefer to buy a length of tubing and do my own fixes.

Thanks in advance,

peace,

--- Gavin

"Pharmed" tubing for peristaltic pumps. Outlasts silicone.

Gavin,

I would be interested in pooling an order with you on this tubing...

tubing at US Plastics looks like what I need. Does anyone know the ID/OD measurements for the Kangaroo brand drip sets? Eyeballing it, maybe 1/8" ID, 1/4" OD????

Schwaggs - be glad to go in on a buy. US Plastics has 25' as the minimum for an order. That's a lot of drip set rebuilds.

Wasabi, do you remember the ID/OD of the tubing? Final drip set wore out, now doing daily top-offs. Ugh. Tubing is for Kangaroo model (324 and 330).

If anyone else knows the size, please help.

Mine uses 54046 5/32" ID x 7/32" OD x 1/32" Wall Tygon(R) Medical/Surgical Tubing. But I bet it could use 57318 1/8" ID x 1/4" OD x 1/16" Wall Pharmed(R) Tubing. One type you need to buy 5 ft the other 10. I would split the order with you if you think they will work for you...
