Trigger stuck in overflow... help!

Okay, so somehow my trigger decided to jump and landed in the overflow. It is a standard all-glass back wall 72bow overflow so there is not much room. It makes it especially difficult when the trigger wedges in behind the durso pipe at the bottom. I have tried using a net to get him but he is too quick. Also I am scared he could bite me. He keeps swimming straight up and jumping.

Do you guys have any tricks to get him out without stressing him any more than he already is? He is breathing really hard and is wedged where I can't really get to him.

Has he tried to bite you? I personally would try to get him out with my hand.

you could try to turn off your return pump then drop the water level on your sump then take the durso pipe out.

2 thing can happen. it could drop down into the sump making it easyer to take out, or if it too big to go down the sump then just take it out and put it back in the displace.

May hurt it a little, but not that much to kill it and help him back to the displace would help more then hurt

have you tried just putting the net in the overflow and then used something else to scare him into the net? there is only so much room in there he should swim right into the net
