Transparent shroom

Hey all, I have a single mushroom that I got at CBA, it is a nice green striped one (well was).

It was unattached, and worked its way under some rocks, where NO light goes. I got it out (it actually attached to a rock frag while under there), but now is CLEAR.

I think it will heal, and gain back color. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Thisis in a red sea tiny tank on my desk at work.

David

(By the way the kids and I enjoyed the meeting)

I have had them do that. Once back under light it will regain color. They are pretty tough.

It will color up just fine. One of my best LFS purchases was a shroom just like you describe. A tiny, colorless. dime sized shroom on a piece of rubble for $1. Took it home and it grew into one of those flourescent green giant shrooms 8" across. That shroom has since split several times and is now in 3 different tanks!

Thanks all. By the way I have a RIC doing the same thing. It is on a tiny piece of ruble that I have to glue to another rock. My blue leg keeps cleaning the piece of ruble, and leaving it upside down.

Once again thanks!
