Too much flow?

I just down graded from a 37 to a 20L im using all the same equip. for flow I have a Maxi-jet 1200 and a pegiun 1140. That equals out to close to 600gph flow, is that too much? When I feed my fish the flow keeps the food from touching the ground for almost 5 mins, before the filter sucks it up. Should I just drop down to the peguin?

Also..

Does anyone have any frags there selling? Im looking for some zoos and I really like that Hammer, that is in one of the other posts on here. Things like that.

all depends really, are you running BB on yur tank? If you are, then the flow is fine, if you have a sand bottom, it's a toss up really. it depends on what kind of corals your going to have in your tank, it might be too much flow for softies, but ok for sps. I'm a fan for lots of flow, so as long as your fish can eat and nothing is getting blown around too much, I'ld say your ok. If fish are having trouble eating, either turn down the flow or turn off the pump while you feed.
