Tokyo My Ghetto

Most people have a relitively paecefull tank.

I have what I would consider a very rough tank. This is commonly refered to as a "Ghetto Tank".

If your a fish or invert and was unfortunate enough to get transfered to Tokyo you have definatly crossed over to the "Wrong" side of the tracks. On this side of the tracks Darwins theories are alive and well. Either your a stong and healthy specimen or you will get chewed up and spit back out. It's always a constant battle to try and keep track of the population and sometimes little frags just seem to disapear.

There are numerious bad boys trying to gain control of the city. Killer Crab, numerious bristle stars, a cucumber, and many snails all moving around knoking things into eachother or knoking things behind the reef. And lets not forget the extremely small but deadly potent galaxia frag whoses sweeper tentacles reach porpotions at least ten times it's size. Get knocked just a little too close and he will win that battle.

We will be holding a town council meeting soon to see what plan of action would be best for trying to rejuvinate this inner ocean ghetto. All concerned citizens are encouraged to join in on the meeting and let your opnions be known.

More updates to follow.

i have a suggestion charles: remove all of the good citizens, and place them in my tank; thus leaving the evil ghetto dwellers to battle it out in anarchy. when they have wiped each other out you can restock your tank, minus the good citizens that i will be converting over to my communist regime. where they will be tortured into submission.

ROTFLMAO

Besides some of those good citizens came from your communist regime in the first place through the prisoner exchange program. It took me quite a while to de-brief them (your brain washing was quite thorough) and convice them that a democratic state was better no matter how rough the living quarters are. I would anticipate a mutiny if I even suggested going back to submission by torture.

Put a jug of bleach on the shelf close by as a constant reminder of who's really in charge.

Somehow I hear the theme from West Side Story playing in the background here.....the Sharks and the Jets dukeing it out.

Perhaps we can start an inner city revitilization campaign for this rough section of reef .........................................or that jug of bleach should do the trick.

Sounds like the sump, where all bad boys get banished to...

Unfortunatly thats the real deal. Looks good you just don't see whats really happening unless you study the inhabitants closely.

Just last night the Killer Crab kidnapped another fine citizen. A brother of the first citizen he kidnapped. I think we should call him Crabibal the Canibal. Maybe someone will volunteer to make me one of those full face muzzels just like in the movie.

The "Tempura **** and Water Resevior" is the most peacefull body of water. The food farm is also very peacefull although I beleive an irrigation booster pump will be installed in the near future.

Have also been considering getting Tokyo an occilating atmosphere exchanger as part of the downtown rejuvinating project.
