Yes the zoning commision rezoned some of the top for temporary inhabitation. If all goes well it will get a premanent rezone. Bottom is still zoned for habitation and most of the younger citizens were left down there.
A final Census report was drawn up w/ the notation that a completely accurate count is not possible due to some illegal immigrants who did not apply for a Pink & Purple Coraline Card when the amnesty program was in effect. Any illegal immigrants will be deported upon capture. We usually try for an immigrant roundup late afternoon on the second Tuesday of every month
The Census report, land mass survey, and zoning plan was submitted for review. After carefull consideration the Central Scrutinizer made a conch shell broadcast of it's annual State Of The Population Address. The highlights of this address were the maximum allowable population limits as follows:
58 corals max.
4 fish max
unlimited other inverts untill further notice.
We look forward to deporting the illegal immigrants and getting some new law abiding, productive citizens. After rounding up the illegal immigrants hopefully we can make a prisoner exchange w/ another town. Of course this assumes that your prisoners have been fully rehabilitated and are now ready for early release.
