The Pet Store & Ocean Treasures....
well, I'm off this week and I have been traveling around to some LFS with my son, in preperation of my tank finishing it's cycle....
I drove all the way to freaking athens to check out the PET Store, they used to have great prices on fish...they are closed...bahhhh
SO I shot down 316, to 81 to 78 to see ocean treasures, this is where I got my beautiful achilles tang for $45....
Well, they are under new management, store looks good, but back to reality with the pricing...$89 for a 3" powder blue tang....ouch...$55 for 3" kole...uggg....
Good looking stuff, but not worth the drive to pay those prices...
I feel bad for the other LFS owners, they had low prices, but it cost them in the long run.......

also, everyone support NEMO TROPICAL FISH in Lilburn, they have a great staff and GREAT prices on fish, I think they are a sponser here....if they leave, I don't think my wife will ever let me buy another fish...

it's on indian trail...like 845 indian trail...
THey are new, have a sweet display saltwater pond type thing and a few other large display tanks. I talked with one of the guys, Jay I think his name is, he was awesome, very knowledgable and honest.....I went back with my son yesterday, so he could see the pond, there were two other ladies working and one of them was great with my 4 year old son, she walked him around the store showing him everything, let him hand feed the puffer, it was nice....
Their prices are GREAT,.....i hope they are still low when my tank is ready

John (one of the mangers from THE PET STORE) is the manger at the PETCO at Mall of Georgia. Fish prices are great and the live stock looks excellent for a PETCO. Shop there if you can. He can get fish in that you are intested in. I bought my 90 gallon from THE PET STORE, as well as corals and fish etc. I hated to see them go.....

yeah, that is where I got my 125 from too.....i was upset they left too.
I did stop by petco the other day, I was shocked at the quality of the tanks...they actually had LR in the tanks!!! No dead fish!!!
i hope that guy sticks around there for a bit.

I had a very good impression of the NEMO Tropical.
They love Fishes and Kids. The old Laddy in there love my 16 months baby.
Very good store and very good people
