R 12 ac systems

those anybody know a place here in town that works with the older refrigerant r12. Most places I call only has the newer 134a Thanks

R12 is very expensive. You may want to get it converted over.

Ah farming experience does come in handy in the city...LOL

You can buy stuff in a can called Freeze 12. Our older model 4455 160hp John Deere tractors back on the farm in Alabama all have AC set up for R12. You can add this stuff, about $12 bucks a can and it is suposed to work fine. We have been using it for at least 4 years now without any problems. You can pick it up at a local tractor parts supply place probably...

Just convert your system to R134. What type of vehicle do you have?

it is 4 a chiller. Reggie
