Peppermint Babies

OK all, I woke up this morning to peppermint babies in my tank. I cut off all powerheads for now, but have a fan on the tank on top to promote gas exchange. I still have my small powerhead feeding my CPR HOB refugium running though.

I only have about a dozen blue legs, a dozen assorted snails, a lettuce nudibranch, and my 3 peppermints.

Any chance of them making it?

Any tips or tricks?

Anything I should do for them?

Is the shrimps having babies a good sign about my tank?

Thanks all.

As I recall from Porter's talk last year, you'll need to feed 2, or maybe 3 times a day of ... rotifers? baby brine? And I think you have to keep them separate from the parents. Gotta clean up any uneaten food to keep the water clean...

I don't really remember the specifics, but they definitely aren't likely to make it on their own without some special care on your part (let the reading commence!).

These guys haven't even been in my tank for too long. It was a very cool sight to see. In the dark this morning, all I could see was stuff floating aroundi n the tank. All I could think was oh no, what did the kids put in there????

Then I looked closer, very cool.
