OT - Golf Tourney

To all of those players out there, I am running a golf tourney at Lake Arrowhead Country Club in Waleska. It is an envent for "Dancentre South Company" in Woodstock. This event is to sent them to Europe to study and preform for 2 weeks next summer.

This is not a Tsunami event or a life threating event I know. But the costs are high. And who cares, it's golf!

The costs are $75 per person. 4 man shotgun at 9Am on April 23, 2005.

The field is limited to 144 players. Prizes, raffles, 3 winning places paid out, Standard fare for an event like this.

Donations of $, gifts for prizes, sponsorships are 100% tax deductible. As the company is a "not for profit" company.

No golf for me....I live under the motto that you can do two of three things - work, family, and golf -- but only two things (plus reefs). Luckly I have not been bitten by the golf bug yet...maybe when I decide that reefs have not taken enough of my money.

Get Alan Sunshine and Andy -- they are big golfers.

Where exactly is Waleska? If a threesome needs a 4th I'd be interested, as long as the threesome isn't looking to win and Waleska isn't in Washington State or something.

Waleska is above Canton. I can always put you with a group. And since it is a scramble (4 man best ball format) individual scoring is of no concern. Only beer drinking is required.

If you are interested. It is Saturday April 23 at 8 AM registration - 9AM shotgun start.

Cost is $75 which include fees, lunch, prizes.

The only weekend I can't do it is the 23rd. My brother in law is getting married in FL that day...

Just got back from Sea Island for a weekend of golf and sun.

Sorry, but this pathetic. NO GOLFERS!!!???? That just isn't right. I did not think there wasn't anyone who did not play. What do you guys do other than reef? And of course family...I know that comes first.
