OT: Golf Clubs for Sale

I have a set of Cobra Gravity Back Irons (3-PW) for sale. They are in good condition. They do show some wear from regular play, but still very nice. They have the shafts extended by 1" on all the clubs and have therefore been regripped.

The extension is just a metal piece that has been glued into the end of the normal shaft and then the new grip placed over top. They are great for a taller person, or if you want them back to normal length, you can cut the grips, remove the extension with pliers, and put new grips on them.

They also come with one of those big fancy Cobra golf bags like all the pros carry. I'm asking $100 for the set with bag. (I saw the same set in Golfsmith yesterday for $150 without the bag) Let me know if your interested and feel free to PM me with any questions. Thanks.

Chad

Yeah I'm only 5'6 so when I bought them I was planning on making them normal length again and regripping them...however I decided to stick with the set I have until I can afford a nicer used set thats a little more forgiving for my crappy game. I'll get some pictures and put them up....I'm sure you need a 5th set of clubs for cheap!

I just got a set of TM Rac OS's about 6 months ago. My next purchase is a new driver.

I would really like a new/used set of clubs that's a bit more forgiving for my intermediate play, but I'm not willing to go spend 800 bucks for fancy Callaways or Taylor Made stuff. So I'll have to keep looking.

I bought my stuff from a golf friend. $250 for the RAC irons. They were only 1 1/2 to 2 years old.

Sounds like a nice deal...I need some golf friends! I think I just need to look around for a used set from someone. Some of those golf stores really try to rip you off on used clubs.
