I thought you had birds. I almost sent you a PM to begin with. Yes, she is definately hand tamed. I say she, we don't really know but we call her a she. Her name is Sunny (could be male or female name). I really wouldn't bother sexing a bird unless maybe for breeding purposes.
Like I said, she is my son's bird and lives in his room. We have clipped her wings in the past but not in a while so she flies all over his room. She's very friendly and loves to sit on shoulders. When he has friends over, she sits on their shoulders. Really cute. Let me know if you'd like to see pics or would like to come by.
