sorry for the intrusion, but i'm running out of time. I had two roommates (a couple) sharing a room in my house and paying rent, but a situation occured to where they moved out instantly, with no notice (the man in the couple is a police officer, and he got offered a free apartment for working part time security on the complex, but was given VERY little notice).
I've asked friends to check around, but nothing has come up. i've signed up and payed on two roommate search sites, but nothing has come up. My girlfriend is desperately looking for a job, but she has a boy that we raise, and has to make at least $8.00 dollars an hour to bring any money home and pay for child care at the same time (she's a seamstress and the job market for that kind of plays the non-existant card). If any of the hip, young 20'something reefers out there need a HOUSE (instead of a crappin' apartment) to stay in, for less than what you'd pay at an apartment, contact me. i guarantee that pets (especially fish tanks) are allowed.
The little boy goes to bed at 7:30 pm and sleeps through anything (i record live music here from time to time), and wakes up around 9:00am. if you work a day job and don't mind hanging out with a little charming kid every ONCE in a while, you are in for a deal. i am 4 minutes from 575, ten minutes from town center mall.
and if it matters, 15 minutes from imagine ocean, 20 or less minutes from capp. bay aquarium, atlantis aquarium, and marine fish (add four minutes to marine fish for traveling up roswell road to johnson ferry).
