Not good....

Well I was on my way to slowly but surely setting up a 140 gallon reef but I hit a road block. I might be moving in a few months and will be living on the 14th floor. I asked around and though the building is pretty new, people told me that it would be a slight risk since the floors are hardwood. Due to this, I may have to downgrade to a smaller/lighter tank . It's still up in the air, but I'll go ahead and post the 2 things I have so far in regards to the tank.

140 gallon Oceanic RR with 2 corner overflows along with Ocenic stand and canopy. This setup is brand spanking new.

Also have an MR-2 skimmer that is also new...still in the bubble wrapper.

Since these are new, I'm looking for around 750-800 for the "setup". PM me or email me at htomeh@hotmail.com. Thanks.

Hey akula the condo is ours so dunno if I can sign anything in regards to an aquarium or something. It would be an awesome setup in the living room, but the thought of waking up one day and having a hole in my floor and a tank shattered in a $500k plus condo below me sorta scared the #*$% out of me. I'm planning on looking into it alot more!!

Thats where the insurance comes in. it is common for people with water beds to have the same type of insurance.

Nope just remembered the name. Park Regency. It's across from Phipps...the crescent looking complex.
