New sump design

This is the sump I am designing for my 90.
It will hold about 40-50 gal on water (I'm hoping).
Dimensions (I'm just estimating) 30x20x24
Return pump will be a Little Giant 3mdqx-sc

any criticism will be very appricated

the refugium looks to be pretty small.why not have the overflow go into one side with the skimmer,baffle then a refugium ,baffle then the return.give you more room to grow in the refugium.make the refugium the full width front to back of the sump.the return section can be the smallest on one end.are you using a 40 gallon breeder tank or making it out of acrylic?

James you should post a picture of your 40 breeder refugium. It is very simply and works well.

I plan on making it out of acrylic. I want it to have a 40-50 gal volume at the water level. 46bfinga, is this more like what you are talking about?
