I am changing out the mag7 return with a mag12 and adding a SCWD
wave maker. I was planing on just splitting (w/ the SCWD) the return between the original main return and an additional u-tube. Now I am thinking of leaving the main return constant and splitting off to the SCWD with two u-tube returns that will alternate. Maybe allowing me to remove the power heads from the tank. I think the overflow on the oceanic is rated for 750 gph.
My questions are:
Will this be enough turn over in my tank?
Will there be enough presure on the SCWD to make it alternate?
Any suggestions would be great.
