My Emerald crab lost one leg!

Somehow one of my emerald crabs lost one of its legs today, possibly from me accidently pinching it when moving some rock today. Will his leg grow back, or will I have a seven legged crab from now on? He seems to be OK, going about his normal routine as if nothing was wrong.

Does anybody know?

It may take a molt or two. I bought an emerald with only one claw but after a molt both are back.

It will take about a year but will grow back. . . they are pretty adaptable and will manage as long as it's not a major claw for feeding.
