limewater dosage

pillz your pm box is full.

On a side note tho, I'll make a thread out of this incase anyone else knows ways of dosage or is interested in doing this. Other questions I had for you pillz, how long does that bag last for you? and what is the mixture you use? Thanks again for helping me out with this

Yea lime water does the same thing as kalk. You can buy it at your local grocery store, cheap too. Ms wages pickling lime is what I buy. Its like 2.18 a pound and that lasts for ever.

I just have a jug, that I keep a good 2-3 in deep layer of pickling lime in, then I add water and shake. Once it settles down and all that is left is clear liquid I put that in the bag and let it drip. I would say that a 1000 mL bag takes around 5-6 hours to completly drain. The bag itself I just keep reusing, although you do need to wash it out every so ofter. The actual powder gets into the bag every now and again and it will clog up the hose. If your looking for a bag theres a medical supply store right before you get to aqua buys. Its in the shopping center next to the bank of america at the corner of hurricane shoals and pike st. Im not sure of the price on them. But I do know that they have to be cheaper than those kent dosers that are out there...

Just make sure you dont dose to fast... thats one of my biggest nightmares, waking up and seeing everything dead then checking my water and my ph being at like 10 or something crazy like that.
