You can't actually see it here, since I took the pics before it was finished, but I also wired in the second DJ8, using half of the switches to control the DC4 HD (for the lighting), and half are extra recepticals that are controlled by the switches, but not the ACjr.

I really like this set up becuase it allows the ACjr to actually controll two outlets per channel (since each channel is wired into a receptical that accepts two plugs). It's also great because if I want to turn anything off for a moment that's contolled by the ACjr., all I have to do is hit the switch, rather than scrolling through the menu to do a manual override. I spent a few hours last night programming and testing the setup and I can't wait to hook it up! I programmed in a light cycle for the main lights, the fuge light, and the moonlights, as will as a feed cycle for the main and closed loop pumps, a temperature controlled fan and separate heater channel, and a pH controlled calcium reactor channel.

Sure, I could help. Are you using a controller with it or anything? Send me a PM with what your needs are, and we can figure something out.

Final product

Here are a few shots I just took of the box with everything put together. You can see on the ACjr display symbols for all 12 channels being controlled. Now I need to make some labels for the switches

Looks great! You can keep SPS easily without havinf to upgrade to Icecaps. I have a 6 bulb Tek fixture over my 37 and bleached several of my SPS when I first put the fixture on. JMO
