I have a couple of livestock items that are available n/c if anyone wants them. I'd have to make the exchange at Tuesdays meeting (I'll be out of town after that) so they would have to go to someone that's going to be at the meeting to take delivery.
Any way, this is what I have:
1. Small lime green mantis shrimp (about 1" to 1.5"). I caught this guy in Fla. aquacultured liverock 6-8 months ago (it was tiny then). Been living in a 10 gal junk tank with wayward crabs, with much less than optimal water quality. He's a hardy little sucker. I know some people like these things.
2. Frag of
Montipora digitata, encrusted on LR rubble. This was an accidental frag, got knocked off
mother colony (originally from Curtis/Wasabi) and fell to bottom of my tank, where it's survived and grown (i.e. it's a pretty hardy sucker too). It's greenish/brown (OK, mostly brown) but the original colony was more green when I first got it from Wasabi. Not real attractive shape or color (hey, that's why it's free
), but with some TLC, who know's.
