How awesome is this??

Bought a green dragonet/mandarin from Nemo TF last week and threw him in my pod infested tank. I already see a huge difference when I first bought him. He was very skinny and you could see his ribs but now....he's super duper fat!! No ribs showing.

He still won't accept prepared foods but it's ok....there's no other fish in my tank that competes for pods so he's got 160lbs of LR full of pods to himself.

I'm sooo excited!!

Oh yea man your good with all that space and LR. I have had one FAT for a least a year now in my 125 and I see tons of pods every night. Good to hear another one has made it to somebody that can care for it.

As of now, I'm trying to introduce live brine (target feed w/powerheads off)...he still kinda shys away from the food but hopefully in time, he'll learn to accept those.

After that, I'll try to ween him over to frozen brine. Hope it works.

but truly time depends on the tank
