you might want to find out some more specifics like lighting that is currently installed, sump or refugium that is with it, filtration, pumps, powerheads, etc. does it come with all the livestock? What kind of livestock is it? Live Rock? But go take a look at it and take a list of what is included. That would help determine what it's worth and whether that's a good deal. Also it depends on how handy you are. I was willing to pay more because I didn't want to start from scratch. Everything in my tank was set up very nicely so I didn't have to do any plumbing, wiring, etc.
