getting out of hobby sale

Due to financial difficulties I'm going to have to take an exit from the hobby for a while. I need to sell everything I've got. Equiptment includes -

58 gallon oceanic RR tank with cherry oceanic stand and hood.
20 gallon sump
Mag 9 return pump
40 lbs of black and white live sand
80 lbs approx of very very good live rock - several pieces have 'rouge growth' on them - mushrooms, zoos, two pieces have pink pipe organ encrusted, one piece has green star polyps encrusted - this is very nice rock indeed! Every piece originally hand picked - some of my pieces came from tanks that had been established for years
Large florida ricordia - 3 neon green with lavander rings - one beautiful peach/orange/green with two mouths - all four of these are almost tennis ball sized when open
Various softies and mushrooms - hammers, frogspawn, kenya, gorgonian, plate coral too -
Large sebae anemone - over year old about 10" when open - mated pair with black saddleback clown - anemone is well attached to fantastic piece of LR
Mature yellow tang
Mature psuedochromi fredmani
few snails
porcelin crab
couple green crabs
large shrimp
skimmer
CSL 250w MH pendant with actinics and 10k coralview bulb
large tote with lots of test kits many salifert
remainder of b-ionic
assorted foods

Totally 'turn key' reef. In incredible shape and everything is growing like crazy.

could you please give more info on lighting. How old is MH bulb and what brand. Are actinics and 10k flourescent or power compact? what brand skimmer? What finish is on stand? Any pics?Interested in whole package asap if more info an be given. Thanks
