getting certified... or am i certifiable?

My step brother is a diving instructor who is giving (myself and several other atlantans) our diving certification . we are doing most of the lectures via the internet to cut down on class time. he is comming to atlanta three times to get us certified, once for a brief meeting, and once for our pool work, then two days of open water diving. if anyone else is interested in getting involved in this let me know. i know for a lot of us the internet classroom time really makes this a nice alternative to traveling and sitting somwhere else for several hours. if your interested pm or email me for details.

Hey Curtis.

I was PADI certified way back in 1979. I haven't done much diving since then but I really would like to get back into it. I know you had mentioned taking an open water dive in Tampa. Is there any chance of going somewhere more scenic like maybe the FL Keys?

Also I have a pool if you want to use it.

Rick i definately want to go to the keys and dive. i think we are doing the open water certification here in atlanta. but collin was open to doing the open water diving in destin also. there are 5 of us that have signed on as of now, but we have room for more. and yes if we could use your pool for the underwater instuctions that would be great.

Talking

We want to dive too

My wife and I are interested also.

She has been diving once before in the Great Barrier Reef (lucky girl), but she is not certified.

What is the cost for the instruction? Would underwater instruction/open water dives been held nights/weekends? When are you looking to start up?

Thanks!
