Gauging interest for the August power buy
There is a tentative deal in place for a power buy through Reeftanklighting.com for Sunlight Supply T5 fixtures,bulbs etc.. If there isn't enough interest I'll work out details for something else. Let your voices be heard.

WOw, I just bought 4 Tek retrofits and 8 bulbs from Aquabuys on Tuesday... Sam has good deals, but I wonder how much cheaper it might have been... Oh well.

Sounds like it's going to be difficult settling on just one thing (and related fixtures) for the powerbuy. Would it be possible to get X % off all lighting and related accessories?
Personally, I'd be interested in a HQI MH retrofit.

Just to confuse things I'm interested in a dual pfo 250 watt mh ballast. Lighting is my next purchase, but it isn't related to the T5 thing. I was planning on this in the next month.

I asked about that, but sadly it would just be SS t5 stuff.
This is not set in stone. If we can't generate enough interest in the t5 stuff something else will be worked out. Make suggestions. Salt, test kits, ro/di stuff.

If there is a powerbuy for T-5 lighting related items, I may be enticed to make some early purchases for my future upgrade...IC 660 ballasts, SLRs, encaps?
