FS: Four 250w DE lights, pendants, Icecap ballasts

For sale:

Four sets of:
Icecap 250w Metal Halide Ballast
PFO HQI Mini-Pendant
Bulbs

Bulbs are:
Two Phoenix 14k (one installed 1/4/06, one 10/10/05)
Two Hamilton 14k (both installed 3/15/05)

I have an extra, unused Phoenix 14k. I'll throw this in the lot of 4 if someone wants to buy them all, or will sell separately for $50.

All hardware was purchased Feb of last year - so just barely a year old. Ballasts are the version 2 ones.

Each set is worth ~$285 (assuming new bulbs).

I'm asking $180 per set (including bulb) or $700 for all four (including extra new bulb).

I'm not interested in shipping or trading, and I'm not willing to break up each set into individual pieces. I'm looking to sell only because I'm upgrading all my lights.

Two 1000w halides.

I just couldn't get what I wanted out of the 250's, and the jump from four 400's to two 1000's was actually less, so I'm going to give it a try.

Good choice. Just make sure your chiller can handle it. Tim's is runing 24x7 since the 2x1000W.

Yeah, heat will be an issue. I may revisit the idea of the geothermal cooling this summer....
