Sure is! I buffed out the scratches on the inside and gave the stand a repainting. Some of the paint job got a little botched and it sagged in several places on the sides on the sides of the stand. But from the front is looks considerable better, glossy black now.

Betcha that was a job - that tank had been well (ab)used - the owner had another service before me, looking after it and the person had scratched the devil out of it. I think I looked after it for about a year before the "mishap".

It's an interesting shaped tank - big tank depth and breadth but not a huge tank.
