FS: 29 Gallon Acrylic system

Ok, much neglected system with no sign for time in the foreseeable future. To top it off the basement it is in flooded this past weekend and the carpet is a bomb area down there.

Would like to move this on ASAP and am pricing it (IMO) accordingly. Think I could do better selling it in pieces, but would see it all go at once and would like to see the livestock go to a good home. $350!!

Included:
29 gallon acrylic tank with integrated sump
2x 65watt PC in tank hood
2x65 watt PC in stand above sump
separate sump - 25"(L)x16"(W)x15.5"(H) approx
Mag model 5 pump
Tunze model 3110 (I think) skimmer
approx 50lbs Tampa Bay Saltwater live rock - currently split between tank and sump
approx 25lbs Tampa Bay Saltwater live sand-all in tank
20lbs sand in sump, seeded with another 5lbs TB livesand
Maroon Clown
large starfish
many hermits
6-7 snails
candy cane coral
brain
zoo's
green polyp's
misc hitchhiker
red leather, green leather, green/white ricordia
many hitchhiker starfish
NO mantis
Live rock in sump has many aptasia/majano
Both systems have misc algae - under proper care the top tank is algae free
System never treated with medicines

Sorry - at this time, not going to be parting it out. I want it to all go at once. I had to go to the trouble of relocating it in the house so the contractors can finish the drying process before laying down tile, so it isn't quite to urgent for me to find it a new home.

Thanks
