I feed mine once a week. I mix up some cyclopeeze, mysid, SE Brine and some mixed algae liquid stuff Ive got with some tank water and direct feed with a syringe (with the powerheads/pumps off).

I feed nothing.. Other than what the tank gets.. can't stop the thing from growing. I say don't worry about it and let it grow..
I will say a feed the thank twice a day however.

I feed my frogspawn, very similar. I take some squid cubes in a baster and feed it at the mouth letting it out very gently. To quick and it will close up. Kind of fun to watch em eat. Not as fun as watching a bubble though

I have never fed my 5 year old torch coral. It started out with a single head and now there is 10 so I guess you don't need to feed them unless you want to by the expensive food.

Also depends on how fast you want growth. My frogspawn has gone from 2 heads to 6 in just 5 months. Feeding them however isn't required.
