East Atlanta

Hey, all,
Are there any members in the southeast Metro Atlanta area (Grant Park, East Point, East Atlanta Village, Little 5, Decatur)? I'm trying to figure out if there are many pet stores in the area that carry supplies. There are none around that have marine livestock.

I live between Moreland and Boulevard, just south of I-20. I shop at Fish Store & More because it is closest but it does cost more. Fish Garden in Newnan is a favorite but quite the drive. In truth it is easier to travel I-75 to Marietta and Cappuchino Bay than going south. Pisces Pet is in Jonesboro, Tara Blvd but I have never visited. I can try to help is transportation is the only problem.

I live in Decatur, near the former Avondale Mall. I think that an LFS who would set up shop in an Intown location could do very well. As mentioned before, I usually go to the Fish Store and More in Buckhead.

Even though it is not a sponsor, you can visit Petland near Perimeter Mall. There is also a ARC sponsor named the Fish Forum that is located in Clarkston off of the Brockett Road-Stone Mountian Freeway exit.

Also, I agree that Cappucino Bay is worth the drive, as well as Under The Wave in Duluth, around the corner from Gwinnett Place mall. I think there is a relatively new LFS near Eagles Landing that is associated with Pices Pet Center. I just wish they weren't so far...

Me, too...we're probably next door neighbors. Where were you when I knocked on your door to help me get the tank stand out of my van?!? lol

I do like Cappuccino Bay. In fact, I'm headed up there in about an hour. My LR is coming in - YAHOO! The cycling journey begins...
