What's the life on one of these guys? I just noticed I have not seen him in like a week.

Man, he was one of the originals. Going to miss him.

He might have molted. I had one disappear for 2 weeks once while his new skeleton hardened.

I've read that they don't usually last more than 2-3 years. Good thing there's that power buy going on! I think I saw one more small one (~1.5") at CB for like $15.

Yeah, thing guy was BIG....You could not miss him in the tank. Plus he always had one spot in the tank. He used to eat out of my palm.

Hope the new one's do that too.

Nah, I have seen him molt 20 times. He is gone. BUT I hope your right. He was one of the good ones.
