So far I have not seen any dietary needs or wants. I am assuming Dogs and Burgers are okay. (I am not crazy about hot dogs but I think a Brat may accidently get put on the grill,). I figure to provide snack type foods, chips, potato salad, stuff like that. I am guessing Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Dr Pepper should be okay. We will have water, and iced tea (the Southern Sweet kind..ugh).

Back to the Topic. If there are Agenda items that you wish to discussed, please submit to this thread, or the thread in the members only forum. I would like an Agenda Completed prior to August 11th (day after the August General meeting), so that all interested parties can have thier arguements or votes ready by the BOD meeting. I am planning to put a start and stop time so that folks can get home at a decent time.

Sorry for not responding sooner Andy. I was hoping we could get the meeting started at 6:00. Can you make it then or do we need to wait for you? I would really like to see all of the BOD members at this meeting if they can make it.
