Yes, 100% satisfied with receiving claims for damaged goods. Was it packed properly (securely with bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts) and was there evidence of damage to the shipping box?

Last month I shipped out a hood with 4 pc bulbs in it, which was wrapped in bubble wrap. When the hood arrived in NY a few days later the receiver called and informed me that the bulbs were all broken and the box looked like it was dropped on the end. We filled out all the necessary forms, FedEx picked the hood up for damage inspection and yesterday the receiver got the money to replace the bulbs. This took 3 weeks and I'm happy to say that everything worked out. FedEx does have a $100 limit unless you pay for extra insurance which I did and am glad for it.

I ship most of my fixtures out FedEx and I have only had two claims. I pack with both bubble rap and peanuts. Both claims were paid in full with no hassle.
