A little help with an ID

Over the past few months I keep catching a glimpse of what I thought was possible a serpent star that hitched a ride with my LR. I would see what looked to be a few inches of an arm from time to time coming out of the rock. Guess it’s not as shy as it once was, now I see it about every night. Even found out there are at least two of the little buggers in the tank. Anyone know what they are? They look almost like a centipede, the larger is about 8” long and the smaller is around 5”, both around ¼” wide.

Now let’s see if I can attach a few pics without screwing it up.

Yep, looks like a bristle worm. Helps to check out a few other posts before asking a dumb question.

Definatly a bristle worm. A fireworm, i believe is the same thing as a bristle worm but they have shards in their coats but I am not sure if that is right.

All firworms are bristleworms but not all bristleworms are fireworms... lol

It'sdefinately a bristleworm but the picture really isn't clear enough to tell if it'sa fireworm. I'll post a pic of a firworm and you can decide if it looks like the pic i post...

Here is a link to a thread with pics of a fireworm I used to have (actually there were 4 of them in this tank, I just didn't know it)
