A couple of things...

First off I think im ready to upgrade a little bit and size wise im wanting to go with a 30 cube. After messing around with different tank ideas and sizes I have finnally decided on that one, I want to do it BB. But before I can do that I need to find a tank. So if anyone knows of a place or has a 30 gal cube and stand I would be really interested in getting one. Someone on the normal ARC forum was selling 3 but i missed them by a couple of days...

Also I have a Mini bow 2.5 that was a failed nano that i was starting that Im going to be getting rid of. It comes with a microjet powerhead, it does 79 gph. Also a pegiun mini filter (without the wheel of course) that I had just put LR rubble in. It was used pretty much for extra movement. The top of it was drilled on and cut on some to make room for the filter, also it has one of those 50/50 coralife PC 13watt bulbs in it. I also have a 1/2in bulkhead that was going to be put into it before i stopped messing with it. Also a locline thing with the converter to convert it from 1/4 to 1/2 to fit the bulkhead. the back of the tank is painted black with krylon. I dont think its work much but if someone wants it for cheap or for a frag of whatever its most likely yours..

I have the 30 cube and I love it, you will be very happy with it. I know CBA has them in stock, and you can always find them at the local petco/petsmart. I got lucky to find someone selling on on ebay that was right in buckhead.

Do you get a petsmart discount? If so just call around petsmarts.

Also just so you know the Petland in dunwoody they have one of the old 37 gallons with stand. They want an arm and a leg for it I think though.

Yea it would be 85 bucks for the tank with my discount. Which isnt that bad. I really want those ones that the guy on the normal ARC forum was selling. He had 3 that were all drilled and he only wanted 50 each.

I'm in the process of adding a sump & fuge. under my 30 cube. not much room to work w/ but the plan is to stack the fuge over the return sump.

yea im deff interested in seeing some pics. I cant wait to get one and set it up. Do you have a sand bed or are you BB? Im deff going to do BB this time. Right now i have a sand bed, and its such a pain haveing to position all the powerheads and everything just right so you dont end up with a sandstorm. It really doesnt look that bad IMO either.

I know it isnt the size your looking for but Petland on winword has a bunch of cool 22 gallon tanks, they are drilled for $50 each. I think they may be the same size demensions just shorter. If I had the cash right now I would link 4 together in a nice setup with different themes to each one.

Who are they made by, i cant find a picture of one by googling it. Do you happen to know the dims on them? That actually wouldnt be that bad. The only thing is lighting for something like that. I am eventually going to want to do some clams and such do you think a 70 watt MH would work? Do they have stands too?

They are used, and made by Oceanic. I dont think they make the size anymore. They have bulk heads installed and have blue backgrounds. My guess is a petshop went out of business and he got his hands on them.

The tanks you are referring to probably came from Rover's old store, Athens Pet, and they are custom made. I have about 30 on our freshwater system that we purchased 2 years ago from him and some spares that we acquired from Rover when he closed up shop.

They are great holding tanks or frag tanks but are difficult to aquascape for reef tanks as they are only 12" tall. They also have one 1/2" bulkhead and one 1" bulkhead.
