2006 Cards and Calendars at Tuesday's meeting!

Good news!

Both the 2006 ARC membership cards and the 2006 ARC calendars will be delivered before our Tuesday meeting, so we'll have them to present.

If you signed up for 2006 membership by noon Jan 4th, then your card will be available at the meeting for pickup.

If you are buying a calendar, then bring $10 for the calendar. Please note that some of you have already committed to one or more calendars.

The winners of the photo contest in each of the 4 categories (i.e., Coral, Fish, Inverts, and Macro Marine) will receive the following according to their place:

1st place : Receives 1 free 2006 ARC Calendar and Free 2006 ARC membership and $25 Visa Gift Certificate
2nd place: Receives 1 free 2006 ARC Calendar and Free 2006 ARC membership
3rd place : Receives 1 free 2006 ARC Calendar

Also, Noel Curry from Scientific Coral will be donating 5 frags to the club. These frags will be raffled off. We will also have some door prizes for those that don't want to chip into the raffle.

what if we paid for membership but wont be attending the meeting, is there someone we should email our name and address to for it to be mailed?

For all those who have paid but won't be able to attend, we will mail out the card to you. We should already have your address on file. At $0.39/card to just mail them out, we're going to try to get out as many as possible in person.
