Update on 850gal reef...
Well, this past weekend I broke down my 500 gal reef and replaced it with an 850 gal reef. The new tank's dimensions are 72w X 30h X 90 depth. Many thanks to Ryan (Krux) and Piero for their invaluable help in this endeavor. Without their help, this would not have been possible.
It will take at least a week to fully rebuild the reef... right now, the rocks and corals are in their new home; but, they're just piled in there... when it's past midnight, artistry takes a back seat to "just get it done". Hopfully, everything will make it through the transition. Here are a few photos of Sat/Sun events. Piero might have some additional photos and hopfully can post them here as well.

BTW Piero, got your message at work. But that's okay I guess.... missed all the fun.
Man Steve, what's the neighbor thinking? I know you like visiting Hawaii, but you're not suppose to bring a piece home.

WOW Steve. If I only I had a significant other that was so understanding. She worries about stuff like eating, bills and other inconsequentail things.
"Hi My name is steve. I am the only one in my neighborhood that needs a forklift to move the hood from my aquarium"
Sorry had to put that in. I told someone that you had your forklift for aquarium maintaince and had to show them your pictures to prove it.
