Picked up my new sump

Just picked up my new custom built acrylic sump / settling tank from my LFS (Fish and other Ichthy Stuff)

I'm very happy with it.

I'm sure he can.

Ok, I wasn't planning on letting this out until it was finished, but I never was very good at keeping secrets. Here's a sneak preview...

The tank as seen from my front door. The door beside the tank goes into the "wet room".

The tank as seen from the kitchen area

The tank as seen from the dining room

The tank as seen from the opposite side as the front door (you can see the front door through the glass)

The tank as seen from inside the "wet room"

300 gallons. 8' x 3'. The overflow is counter sunk into the wet room to hide it, so 7' 6" of the tank sticks out into the room, so that's 18' of viewable area.
