Great fish. One of my faves. He should be fine with those tankmates.

The one I had in my 55 found holes in the rocks that I didn't know were there! He'd swim in one side and pop out the other.

They can be jumpers... make sure you've got some kind of cover.

I lost mine when he went carpet surfing after a year. Got another, he went carpet surfing a few days later... no more sixes in that tank, but I've had another for over a year now, in another tank (s) and he's awesome!

Do you have any other fish in the tank?

My sixline harasses my maroon clown now and again.

Otherwise they are a very fun fish to watch.

I have one and it is a very active skimming fish. Nice colors too.

Only problem I have is when I add additional fish it torments the new fish.

A six line is one of my favorites. I agree with Saltblock, they will pick on clowns. If you plan on getting a clown lateron get him now then add the six line after a few weeks.
