I went to the Local Seafood store and got the following:
Oysters
Chopped Clams
Squid
Bay shrimp
medium prawns
I chopped these up in my food processor, after the first little batch, I realized I had chopped them up to much, so be easy on the processing part.
I then soaked some of my Nutrafin Max Marine dry food in selcon. Added that, and the rest of the bottle of selcon to the mix. I then added the last bit of my ZooPlankton (about 1/2 bottle). hand mixed these other items in. and away we go. One recommendation I would have to add to this mix (I did not get a chance to add it) is Nori. I had a cost of 12.00 for the seafood, and approx 1/2 bottle of selcon was 5.00 (10.00 per bottle) and 1/4 bottle of my dry food was approx 1.50. Total cost for this homemade mix 18.50. I put some of this mix into an old PrimeReef Container and it looks like it will make about 10 of them. I used to go through primereef about once a month. 10 months worth here ... NICE!
Just sharing my exp.

p.s. I have no real vegitarian animals, so I could get away with no nori, but it would have been nice to have in it.

I heard it was good to do it right the first time, will I ever listen!
