Baby Clown Fish - Day 15 - Pictures

Thanks for all of the congratulations and encouraging words. As much as it hurts I am starting to cull out the runts (nature is helping me a little). My guess is I will end up with about 50 good strong juveniles. On day one my best guess is 75 to 100 (more likely on the lower end of that). They are totally off rotifers now. For the last few days it has been baby brine shrimp and pulverised flake food. Starting tommorrow the pulverised flake food will become the staple and the baby brine shrimp will be a treat.

Some have started to develop some yellow color. More and more they are hanging out in groups of 10 to 15, making it easier to count them.

For those of you that want to review the whole history in pictures you can go to www.ctcpas.com/Subpages/BabyClownFish.htm

Here are the newest pictures

Notice in the above picture that one of the guys is starting to develop that clown fish "frown"

On both of these pictures I put in a ruler so you can get an idea of their size. They are still really tiny.

We are losing about 10 to 12 un-morphed babies each day, but the morphed ones appear to be doing well as you can see!
