what to use to drill acrylic

Hi All


What can I use to cut a hole in a acrylic(spelling?) sump?Sorry have the darn flu!!

A regular hand drill, a steady hand, and a hole saw bit the diameter of the hole you want.

acrylic bits

If the holes are small like for nylon bolts the best bits are made for wood with little spurs on the outside edges. At about 1/2" you need the hole saws. Big holes work best with a drill press if there is a way.
