Nassarius Eggs

Just wanted to share a pic of the nassarius eggs on the glass of my tank. I finally broke down and cleaned the glass.

yea, that is what they are. i had these a couple of months ago, but my great descriptions gave me zero results. i thought they may have been nass. eggs, but i thought they did not reproduce in the aquarium. these are in a line, correct, not straight, but in a line?

Way cool, they just become empty in about 4 days.

Nass. snails don't reproduce?

I should tell that to the nass. snails in my 7G nano... I have about 8-10 of those little egg pouches on my front glass literally every other day. I usually try to avoid the area when cleaning the glass... and I actually saw a few baby nass. snails in my tank the other week about the size of a grain of rice.

Today I also found one a bit bigger so I spent about 10 minutes just watching him.

I get nassarius in around 1000 at a time. In a 75 gallon tank you can imagine how many egg sacs are on the front glass at any one time. The ones I have definitely reproduce in the tank.
