New Article on "Hair Algae" --- Part 1 of 10: Bryopsis

I'm also asking you to post any clear images of Bryopsis you own to the article thread: If you are willing to lend them to me, I will use them to continue work on our algae database here on TRT.

I'll be posting a new Genus of algae every couple of weeks or so, in the hope that it can generate such contributions from readers.

julian sprung has a algea problem solver guide in his oceanographic series that is available at most lfs. i happen to have it in my collection of reef reference material. it covers just about everything, including pictures, and is very usefull when fighting problem algea, or when you are looking for benefitial algea for your refugium or tank.
