Sick Ritteri Please Help

Can any one tell whats going on ? 75 Gal two 250 watt Metal Halide lights, Nitrite and Nitrate are 0 along with Ammonia PH 8.3 water temp is 79 salinity is 1.025 Its mouth is real puffy and it seems to be dying.
