my fish

I have had a pygmy angel and my black and whites in my tank for months. they were always out in the open. Now, I added the purple firefish and now the pygmy angel is hiding all the time. Could the firefish be attacking the angel?

He could but if anything I would expect the pygmy to be the bully. He might just be getting used to the new fish.

maybe. Its been 3 or 4 days now. I read that they can be the bully though but ya I would have expected the other way around 2. The firefish though is a lot bigger than the angel.

no he didn't come out at feeding time either. He normally does. But when he does come out, I see him swimming with the firefish with no problems. Maybe he is guarding his sleep spot. I just noticed that that is where he stays around and the firefish was sleepin there when I first got him.

no he was stuck up against the overflow. I think that he was stressed by that **** firefish. oh well. I am either going to get another firefish or a different angel and see what happens. I love a lemonpeel. always wanted one
