When I put my 10 gal together today. What can I put in the same tank with them? The green death star fish. The store that I bought them from didnt mention anything about how aggressive. LOL

If you do, they aren't that bad. I had one in a 20 gal for years and it never bothered anything much. I had it in with clown's, chromis, damsels, and tangs. All of which died though. I couldn't seem to keep fish alive in my last reef to save my life lol

They are iffy. I have had reefs for years. Had brittle stars that were just fine... had stars that decided they had a taste for pociliapora. Tastes like 'chicken!"
Best to keep a watchful eye until you know for sure. They typically are a-okay, but keep in mind that they have the potential to be damaging. In my experience, that really goes for just about anything. So, brittle stars are really no more dangerous to add than anything else. I recommend you keep an eye on any new tank addition for a bit until you know they are fine.
Things I have seen become problems (that I can think of off the cuff): Reef safe wrasses, pygmy angels, small hermits, reef-safe crabs (no emerald crabs, etc in my tanks! you can take your chances), brittle stars, non-aggressive corals with an attitude, Tangs, Damsels, etc...
The hard truth is... EVERY new addition is a risk. Treat it that way, and you won't get burned as easily.

I have seen the emerald crabs and damsels become a problem but the only thing I have had an issue with is a brittle star knocking things over. I have a serpent star in my 20 gal that I am going to get rid of soon for a linkia but only because the linkia are out in the open much more.

Do you think a linkia would be alright in a 20? Seem like they are a pretty built/thick starfish. Might trample over your corals.
