Fish dedeases

Does anybody know what fish desease causes a fish to loose patches of skin and flesh progresively fast??? The fish is a spiny box puffer. Nothing new has been done to the tank, nothing has changed. The water conditions are the same as they have been for months.

what are all the water cond,
. temp alk. ph. nit. nat. amon. salit. and what size is your tank?

Not ich, I would say some sort of pathogen and my recomendation would be to talk to Kelly at Marine Depot forums and ask her. Here is the link:http://forum.marinedepot.com/Forum10-1.aspx If she can't help you no one can!
