Since we are talking about work ethic let me vent. We had a police officer quit today because she and her boyfriend broke up and she needed the day off! Her shift is already down 2 cars so she couldn't have the day off. So she just goes to the Chief and turns her stuff in.

The police are better off without people that don't want to be there.

You aren't that guy in hillbillyville SC that gave me a ticket are you?

Nah, it was somewhere around waterboro on 95. I think he thought I thought the interstate sign was the speed limit sign. He did give me a break and write the ticket for 84 in a 70 instead of the 94 or so he clocked me at.

Speaking of tickets, I got mine going down wade hampton at 6:30AM, I usually set my cruise control to 50 and let the people pass me and curse at me. If I don't set the cruise, I don't pay attention to my speed and follow the rest of the cars. My clunky honda evidently says "pull me over" cause I'm usually at the back of a long line of cars going a little too fast. That morning I just could NOT wake up (later I think I accidentally took hubby's sleeping pill instead of mine). I guess I forgot to set my cruise that morning and they got me going 63 in a 50. The sad part is, I don't even remember anything before I got pulled over. Really shouldn't have been driving, but what am I going to say to my manager? I'm too tired? @#$ I'm usually so good about those things. I have to use my fish money to pay my ticket.

LOL, Traci. It is the curse of the "slow car gets the ticket". I have asked why I was the one that has gotten a ticket/warning in the past when I was keeping up with traffic. The reply? "You were the first one I got to". Now, I lead the pack, no catching me first

Frank, if you ever pull me over, I hope you let me off with a "warning".

Traci - I'd be interested in an emerald crab, but I need to dose the tank with Interceptor first. Apparently, I didn't get rid of all the redbugs I got a couple of months ago.

Bethy you might try another vendor? you can special order through your RCAC, if you log in as a manager on Portal, there is a form under the "animal" tab and then I think "animal forms" Try to order as soon as your new availabilty list comes out for the highest chances of getting what you want. I also sugest e-mailing your RCAC to explain why you need the items you want special. CIS/TFI where we get our bettas and guppies also has some nice SW stuff you can special order - takes a while but usually comes.

Hoang, no one spoke for the emeralds, and they were cute so I bought them all. I think my gramma ate them. I hope not though.

Frank, I have actually seen a cop pull over 2 cars at once. I think it worked too. Luckily I wasn't one of them
